  • After submitting the request, there will be a 7-day revocation window during which users can cancel their deletion request by logging back into their account.
  • If the request is not revoked within the 7-day period, the account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.
  • After 30 days, all personal data associated with the account will be erased, except where retention is required by law.
  • Certain anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will not be linked to an individual user.

We retain personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. If you have been inactive for two years, we may delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is legally mandated.
