What you'll do:
- Build and maintain the PrepAiro web app and mobile apps (React, React Native)
- Work closely with design and product to ship UI that learners love
- Implement responsive, performant interfaces across phone, tablet, and web

- Strong React / React Native experience
- Eye for design implementation and pixel-level attention
- Comfort working in a fast-shipping, small team environment

What you'll do:
- Design and build APIs and services powering the PrepAiro platform
- Manage databases, auth, payments, and content delivery pipelines
- Scale infrastructure as we grow across exam segments and geographies

- Strong Node.js or Python backend experience
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice patterns

What we're looking for:
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems

- Structure content for our AI systems so the voice mentor and chatbot can teach it, not just display it
- Identify what's missing in IB resources and fill the gaps before anyone asks
What we're looking for:
Current or recent IB student who knows the curriculum cold (MYP, DP, or both)
- Can explain hard concepts clearly without copying the textbook guide
- Fast, self-directed, doesn't need hand-holding
- Bonus if you scored well and know what actually works vs. what's busywork
- Bonus if you've created study content before (notes, YouTube, blogs, anything)
